Dr Lillian Fawcett takes pride in both her customer service and in the materials provided. All care has been taken to ensure that the resources on the website are accurate and working. However, this cannot be guaranteed. If you find a resource contains errors or if you are unable to use any of the resources, then please get in contact with us immediately.

The activities associated with each Level are limited to the person who purchased and registered for the Level.
Orders
The resources available at the Site are only for sale to persons who can make legally binding contracts (and not persons barred from receiving services under the federal laws of Australia or other applicable jurisdiction).
We give no undertakings as to the availability of resources advertised on the Site.
Subject to these Terms of Use, you may offer to purchase the resources described on the Site for the price specified on the Site. Your order must contain the order information specified on the Site, including your name, address and credit card details. We are not liable for any orders that go missing due to incorrect information provided by you (such as an incorrect email address).
We will at our discretion accept or reject your offer to purchase.
Title in the resources does not pass to you until payment has been received.

Prices
Prices are in Australian dollars and inclusive of GST.
Cancellation due to error
You acknowledge that, despite our reasonable precautions, products may be listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or like oversight. In these circumstances, we reserve the right to cancel the transaction, notwithstanding that your order has been confirmed and your PayPal payment has been processed. If a cancellation of this nature occurs after your PayPal transaction has been processed, we will issue a refund via PayPal.

You must make the claim under the warranty within 24 hours of ordering the service or within 24 hours of there being a problem with the service. Cracking the ABC Code will investigate your claim within a reasonable time of receiving an email complying with the requirements above. You may be required to provide to Cracking the ABC Code additional information.
Indemnity
You agree that you will not use this Site for any unlawful purpose, or for any purpose prohibited by these Terms of Use.
